Chief of Surrey Operations
NOVELLETTE ARROYO is the Chief of Surrey Operations for the Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc.
Ms. Arroyo has over 15 years of experience in business and management. She has supervised departments for varied companies in South Florida. She is currently the Department Supervisor at JC Penny, Inc., where she manages a team of ten associates in the South Florida headquarters. She manages the South Florida operations of an international law firm.
Ms. Arroyo was the Director of the Changing Face Beauty Bar, a fashion design company and beauty business based in Kingston, Jamaica. She managed the corporate office and back-end procedures of the company. She also taught fashion design students in garment expertise and clothing design techniques at the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida.
Ms. Arroyo is well-versed in marketing and generating business, having directed various promotional campaigns on behalf of a boutique law firm in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She was awarded her degree in Fashion Design from The International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida.
As a native of Surrey County in Jamaica, Ms. Arroyo is thoroughly knowledgeable about the education needs and concerns of the territory. She efficiently directs and implements CEF’s educational operations in that region.
